Re: driving in the usa , was: poor drivers



 'Round here it seems that turn signals are optional for anything! I've even
seen cops blowing stopsigns and pulling left turns that they aren't
signaling for, and I am in Canada! I think it goes on a provincial basis
'cause there doesn't seem to be too many "good" drivers in B.C.!

also the weather, on the west (wet) coast, we don't get much snow, so when
it falls there's always an accident the first night. It's usually somebody
finding out that they don't know how to drive in the snow by running over a
power pole and leaving me without hydro for a few hours. other than that
even when there is snow out here we usually have enough trucks running it
off the road so it's not that bad. Ah the benifits of living in a logging
comunity.
