Seat handle question

Hi everyone,

For some time now the round piece that you use to
adjust the seat has felt a little stripped out on my
leather drivers seat.  This weekend while vacuuming
the car out I knocked it off.  It appears the inside
of the plastic has been broke for some time and it is
not the seat that is stripped out : )  So, How do I go
about getting one of a parts seat and putting it on
mine?  Do they just pop off?
