Re: Odometer and fender Q's. (how to take apart)

You are gooing to have to get under the fender with some sort of blade to cut some of the glue away. This is pretty tough stuff so be patient. The easiest part to get at is the stuff in the engine bay. Work your way around to the part of the fender that is glued to the firewall. You may be able to peel the fender off at this point, but be careful to not bend the fender. It is best to cut away some of the glue before attempting this. The point is BE PATIENT and take your time. It can be a Pita, but it is not too bad.

Did you get the bolt that is underneath the car? I know you got the bolts in the engine bay but there is one sneakey bolt underneath the car, right underneath the door. Look for it because sometimes it is covered with that glue and road grime.

Sorry but I can't help with the instrument cluster since I have never taken one apart.

Any suggestions on how to peel the front fenders off
an '86 rocco? I've got all the bolts off and I know
that the fenders are glued on, but they're not budging
at all. Help!
