Yes.

Actually, it was 205/60-13 on 13X5.5 or 13X6 rims. I
don't think it's possible to mount 205/60-13 on a 5"
rim (and drive more than a quarter mile)

This is open to debate  ;-)

195/50-15 tires were available back in the 1970's, but
this was super exotic and would set you back about
$800-1000 in 1970's dollars. Today they are routine
and affordable :-)
