Is this 80 S worth $580 USD /$1000 CDN to one of you?

Hi Guys:

I'm passing on this 80 S, because there is a 86 16V a friend is going to
sell me (Even though I prefer the style of the 81 and earlier Roccos) - and
this 80 needs an oil pump, water pump and head gasket. Not much, but still.

Maybe one of you Scirocco-lovers should buy it instead of some Surrey, BC
(Vancouver, Canada) anonymous person.
