My PO is MIA, although I do have the old plate, last registered in Oct
98....

We're starting to look like an auto theft ring here!  Too many sciroccos,
not enough titles.  
I found the PO of my donor, but he can't find the title, so I'm' going with
him to the DMV w/ his previous registration to get a new one.
