rieger - alignment - camber issues - end of adjustment range

Fellow Rocco Gurus,

For some strange reason, i cant manage to make it to -.5 deg camber on either side of the rieger.
One side barely hits -.5 (maxed out as it gets there).
Other side hits what would be ~-.75.

Now granted the wheel bearings on both sides arent in the best of shape, but the play doesnt seem so
much that it would make hitting -.5 impossible. I figure i should at least be able to adjust into
the + range on camber (not that i would want to, but it should be that adjustable).

also of note, there is no apparent damage/bending to the hub carriers. actually i changed out one
side hub carrier and still have the exact same problem.

- car has autotech upper tie and stock 16v lower tie. both can be removed and replaced with holes
remaining aligned (i.e. no residual stresses on body).

1. Is it normal to be at/near end of adjustment to hit -.5?
2. What the heck do i do to fix the problem??? Im looking for the 'correct' way to fix it.

Thanks for any input on this
