Scratch repair

We were pulling into someone's driveway this weekend, and their dog was
excited to have company, so she jumped up on the driver's door of our 528e.
Now there are several scratches on the finish that aren't deep, but are very
visible.  What would be a good product to use to polish these out?  Overall,
the paint looks good, but it is definitely beginning to show its age.  The
car is black, FWIW.
