*NEW* Scirocco.org List searching

I noticed just how slow massive mailing list archive searching could
be with the system I put in place...so I hacked up another system
based on wilma / glimse which works much much faster.  I also temporarily
put a direct link in from from the Search icon off the front page.
There is only one link on the archive page for searching now, and
each month entry still has a 'within-the-month' search feature.

Let me know if anyone notices any problem with it.  Enjoy!
