ALL READ: scirocco list irc chat server - under construction

im firing up an irc chat server. over the next week i'll be doing some trials on my end. it will be
a bit shaky at first, but i intend for it to be a 24/7 type of thing (eventually). scirocco list
mail volume is becoming too much to read, so i'll try to aid the list with the awesome real-time
assistance that irc can provide.

to prepare, if you know nothing about irc, get an irc client: www.mirc.com
the irc server will be scirocco.dhs.org  channel name will be #scirocco
it is not up right now, will be later on tonight, configuring an irc server takes a bit.
so if you guys have some time around 8 or 9 (eastern) tonight, feel free to jump on there.
if the server goes up and down, please take it with a grain of salt, much construction in progress.
