posting again for more possible causes- STICKING IN 3RD GEAR

It seems like whenever I'm over 3k rpm and shift into 3rd, the shifter 
becomes locked in until I stop the car and play with the clutch.  Every 
other gear works fine.  I tried changing the linkage and clutch cable.  If 
anyone's had something causing this other than the tranny itself let me know 
(like motor mounts).
