Port Polish???

hi people,

  I have a 16v motor that is just sitting on the ground i was thinking about 
selling it but i was also thinking about porting and polishing the head....  
I was wondering how expensive that could get, or if it would be cheaper to 
buy an aftermarket head. i also want to put some 260 degree cams in....  
what would be the way to go????
