Bad electrical problems..

having a few electrical problems in my 79, thought one of you might be able
to help me with.
1.the car wont start because of the following:
There is power going to the coil but no power coming out, i have tested all
the wires coming into it and they all have power but the coil isnt sending
any power out, also somethig wierd, when i would touch a test light to the
wire with power coming into the coil i could here the fuel pump flicker on
for about half a second.
now to the other problem, The fuel pump, i tested all the lines coming into
the relay plug, Black, brown, red, and red and yellow.. Red and yellow going
to the fuel pump, when i turn the key on there is power to black and to red
and there is power going to the fuse on top of relay, but no power to red
and yellow wire, i have tried about 5 relays..
2. 2 days ago i replaced the left front wiring harness, dash wiring harness,
and the rear wirring harness, and i got everything electrical to work, but
this afternoon when i went out to my car, i plugged the battery in and the
rear parking lights were on, no key in, and the lights werent on, when i
turned the lights on the brake lights and right rear turn signal come on, if
i turn the left turn signal on, the parking light and the backup light come
on on the left side, and when i turn right turn signal on it just dims then
lights up then dims, and so on, second filement doesnt light up???
Does anyone  have any idea on any of these?
