RE: Was: fuel injector puller Is: who needs a tool?

i don't think the injectors on my damn car have come out in the 12 years that it has been alive...i've tried attaching some vice-grips and then pulled up with all my might while standing on the fender and bumper for better leverage...i guess i'll try again tomorrow...:)

Hahaha, I was waiting for someone to put an end to this sillyness. Do like the man says and apply some elbow grease to the mofo! Just DON'T pull on the lines. Vice grips and a long screwdriver and some sweat along with a few well chosen curse words will do the trick.

Did you get the Viton fuel injector o-rings?

Hello Doug,

do you really think you have to buy a tool for that ?

IMHO a vice grip, a long screwdriver
and a bit elbow grease do the job pretty good.
