RE: headlight relays - now fast blinker

Mine also blink faster when the headlights are on and all my bulbs are good
and no mods have been made to the lighting system that I am aware of.

FWIW - mine have always done this.  All of my bulbs
are working.  I have just dealt with it for 3 years.
IF anyone does know WTF is up with this, lemme know
too please.
