aftermarket downpipe?....

when i was helping my friend take apart his 16v scirocco, i noticed a
downpipe i've never seen before.......it has new style braided steel flex
joints at the top of the 2 primary pipes and 1 in front of the cat
converter.........anyone know what brakd this is?......i know it's not
techtonics or stock.......heard bosal made one....is this it?.......
