need stock springs

I need a set of stock front scirocco springs.  I just sold my scirocco to my 
brother and we need them to pass inspection.  The guy wants us to replace the 
springs (they are lowering springs and they were cut).  So if anyone can help 
us please let me know.  I live in Reisterstown MD, Thanks fellow scirocco 
people.
