OT: relocate to SoCal anyone?

Sorry for the waste of bandwidth, but this may really help somebody on the
list (including myself - har).

I have a room available in my place for VERY reasonable rent - $425/month
plus 1/3 utilities.  1/2 mile from the beach in Huntington Beach, CA, aka
"Surf City USA".  If anybody is interested, please contact me offline for
