Fuel injector parts

I am using the hell out of this list, technically speaking.  But that is
what it's for....

I am trying to get together all the injector pieces I'll need for my 16v
rebuild.  I know I need the injector o-rings.  I am unsure about the inserts
and insert o-ring.  Could someone who has done this with a 16v enlighten me
on what parts are there?  ETKA is vague (what's new?).
