OK I am not a tree hugger and have no problems with gutting cats etc. But 
PLEASE dont let that shit into the air. It is bad for the environment and 
the entire population. Exhaust emissions are nothing compared to the damage 
being done by R12 freon. DONT DO IT!!

I dont think it will cost more than 40$ to have a mobile AC service come out 
and remove it for you. You could even call a refrigerator repair guy.
