Oil weight reccomendations...

Hey,
  I run Mobil 1 15-50 right now..But, what do you all recommend for the
colder weather ?  Also, what about COLD weather (My dad lives in the Upper
section of MI....so, it gets cold up that way..) because I will be up there
for 2 weeks or so over winter recess...
