VW's dont have an accessory position for the stereo. Stock radios run on 
constant power. I usually just wire the red and the yellow/orange wires 
together and hook them up to the red wire in the loom. Works well. If you 
want to get real tricky you can wire the yellow/orange wire to the door 
buzzer relay and it works as an accessory position.
