You are at the "flywheel notch location" position.  There is a notch in the 
flywheel that must be aligned properly with the pass. drive flange in order 
for the tranny to move any further.  If you don't have a Bentley to get the 
flywheel in the correct rotation, you can look from the pass. side, up at the 
drive flange on the tranny and you should see the flywheel behind it where it 
is interfereing.  You should rotate the crank until you see a clearance notch 
in the flywheel(it will be obvious).  Once the notch is there, go back around 
and pull the tranny.  Be careful and get ready to catch the tranny(quite 
heavy when on your back).
