Re: FS '77 Mk 1



I have seen this car and driven it. It is the medium blue metallic with
various small dents with a coat of bondo on them. Has a 4-speed and no A/C.
Body is surprisingly straight and I believe the 86K miles to be original.
Ian seems to be very honest. I drove the car around the block and it had a
small off idle hesitation when cold but felt strong. It is a very good
example of an early Scirocco and would be great for a collector or make a
great performance platform.
