What is the reason for having an order to do this?  It sortof makes sens, but 
not really...  Question:  I read in the owner's manual that brake fluid 
should be changed every two years.  I would bet $10 that the stuff in my 84 
is stock...  How should changing the fluid be done.  I would guess it is 
important to never let air into the lines.
