A scirocco story

Whell, you all know about the recient death of my GTI.  I reciently had a 
close encounter with my rocco!  Whell i was driving back to school from a 
hardcore/punk music show at about 12am last night.  I was goin about 75-80 
on the interstate, no cars.  I had my high beems on, and was talkin to my 
friend in the passenger seat.  All of a sudden i saw a little shiny thing in 
the middle of the road.  As i got closer i noticed that it was a deer!  
standing in the middle of the interstate facing the right lane.  I was in 
the right lane when i realized that i was about to say bye bye to the front 
of my rocco.  I slammed on my breaks as hard as i could, i must have slowed 
from 75 to 5 in about 2 seconds, my nitto nt450's just a sinngin' away, i 
cranked the wheel to the left when i was about 5 feet from the deer, went 
sideways in the middle of the highway.  I guess that when i went sideways 
and my headlights left the deer, it could see and decided to run out of my 
way just in time.  After i was done cleaning the shit and piss of of my 
leather seat, i continued on my way thanking god for saving my rocco, and 
thankin vw for making those beautiful 10.1" front breaks that i think played 
a big part in saving the car from total annilation!
