Mk2 grill identification.

Cruising E-bay I came across this image of a Mk2 Scirocco.

Does anyone know what this grille light combo is. It is apparently of a car
from Mexico. It kind of looks like the Eurolights with unknown grill. I
don't currently own a running Mk2 but if I did this is what I would want the
front end to look like. 8)
