   Stock rolling diameter of the 185/60/14 is 22.74".  Closest in a 16
is the 215/40/16 which comes in at 22.77".  Basically a direct match. 
Width may be a problem tho.  I might recommend a 7" wide rim to prevent
the shoulder from getting stretched even further.  Other options are

 205/45/16  -->  23.26"
 205/40/16  -->  22.46"

Pick your poison....
