Recalls and Wipers

Two quick questions;

Does anyone know the recall code for the intank fuel pumps?  I had the
recall done to my 86 Scirocco and was told that it was a open recall on the
car. I brought my GFs 86 in for the same thing and the dealer shows no
recalls on the car and when he ran the VIN number her car had no service
history (Zero Zilch)

2- Can any of you people give me the VW part number for the intermitant
wiper relay that is adjustable.
