scirocco convertibles?

a while back i saw a web page with a couple scirocco convertibles, anyone
know were that page is? Has anyone attempted this with an mk1, bought my g/f
a nice 80
and now she is getting into working on it and brought up the idea of
convertible??
thanks for the help.
anyone seen any blueprints on this yet?
