Bumper question and request

Hey all
My question - the 16v bumpers are smooth, right?  Not
textured like the 8v bumpers

My request - I am still in need of a 16V front bumper
cover in GOOD condition.  Paint flaking off is not a
problem, but I want no dents and as few scratches into
the plastic as possible.  Color isn't important, just
condition.
