RE: Couple of 16v questions

Hey guys,
         The brake issues ounds like a hosed MC allright. :(

         As far as the cam chain noise, mine has done it since I got it 
with 28k miles on it -- and a really good VW mechanic in the area told me 
not to worry -- he'd heard many cars do this but in his 12 years of dealing 
with 16Vs, has never seen a chain snap or slip.
