4-2 manifold & d/p q's

  i've one of these i want to put on my '85 (must be something about the
year...). i've got the downpipe as well. i have three questions. 1) as
the manifold is dual outlet, which side does the oxs go on, or will it
go on the downpipe? 2) will i have to take the <insert appropriate part
here> to a machine shop to get the oxs hole welded on, or will an
exhaust shop do it? 3) the manifold is from an '80 scirocco. seems to me
that there'll have to be a flex pipe somwhere. correct? suggestions?
