Stock master and booster? If not it could be that the master is not 
returning to full stop position. In this case it will not allow fluid back 
into the master to equalize pressure in the lines. Consequently it will make 
the brakes stick harder the more you use them. I doubt it has anything to do 
with engine temperature.

If you have just replaced the master then you might want to remove the 2 
13mm nuts and check the pushrod. I knew this guy who did a master and put it 
in so that the rod was not in the receiving end of the master and caused a 
similar symptom.
