It's the gear on the speedo cable that might be different. 
It goes by the final drive ratio; 3.89 speedo gears are white, and 3.67
speedo gears are red.
Since there are both 3.89:1 and 3.67:1 "short boxes" and "wide boxes", I
need to know what the tranny codes are.
