Where do 90a alternators come from?

I'm gearing up for a trip to the junkyard tomorrow,
and i'm makin a list

I want to upgrade to a 90a alternator 

Which VW/audis have them?  Do I need to grab anything
else?  brackets, belts, wiring harnesses?
