adjusting CO

I'm sure this has been asked and answered a million times,
but what is the procedure for CO/mixture by using a dwell meter?

it doesn't seem to show anything in Bentley for the dwell values...

oh yeah, I just bought a 90 jetta gli 2.0 16v as a daily driver.
much faster than the roc....

dammit.
