1. Yes it should be lit.
2. Be sure to take the bad one with to the dealer, as they will tell you
they don't know what type bulb to sell you, shoot might as well roll it
into something else you are getting from the Potterdude.
3. Be sure to buy enough to replace them ALL, they are cheap, & they
will be going out around the same time as the 1st one did.
4. Did you have a good 4th?
