You shouldn't need a new clutch assembley just for a
throw-out bearing replacement, unless you've burned it
up. You'll probably have to drain your trans to
prevent from making a mess.  It's either 5 or 6 13mm
bolts to remove the end cap.  then the throw-out
bearing is inside the cap.  Watch for the spring that
may come out, be sure not to damage it.  Replace the
bearing and put the cap back up with a new gasket. 
Dont forget to align that spring!!!  Torque your bolts
and refill the fluid and your done.  All this can be
done with the trans still in the car though you may
have a slight problem getting the end cap around the
left inner fenderwell.  I usually bypass this problem
by puting a jack with a block of wood under the motor
and unbolt the front, rear and left motor mounts, then
lowering the motor and trans just enough to get the
cap off...
