Can you say transplant? Go get yourself a 1978 Scirocco. If you look hard
enough you'll find one for free, or close to it. Then transplant EVERYTHING
from your 16V into the MK1. Seats, dash, motor, tranny, brakes, etc. You
think you had a lot of power before, just wait until you get all that power
into a lighter car.
