RE: New Law In NYC (was Re: tv show: WATCH IT!!!)

I can't believe that this law will last long. On top of "cruel and unusual",
it's unconstitutional to enact legal pounishment without a fair trial.
Somebody will fight it (I know I would), and it'll be struck down.
