Actually, ALL cars with an O2 sensor have electronic egnition. So this 
actually does in a way have everything to do with the ignition.  (US)

As to the idea of swapping the entire late model injection system to a car 
with mechanical CIS; incredible waste of time. Tosha you really need to get 
out of Cali. Their laws are really lame. :)
