[non-roc, sorta] web site tralsators?

I seem to be getting alot of e-mails from my web site from european (and
beyond) web surfers. They write me messages in languages I cant read. :(

Is there a web site someplace that tranlates messages?? (Or do I just
keep FWD the German messages to Dirk? LOL!!)
