Nathan,
You could probably get advertising dollars from some of the tuners out
there to put there ad's in it to pay for publication costs. David and I at
WasserSport would considering advertising, how about Potterman,
Adirondak (sorry if I miss-spelled it), others?
This is an AWESOME idea.
You could have articles from the tech pages, and go back through the
archives for how to, FYI stuff.
How about  THE SCIROCCAN  for the mag. title.
Go for it!
