scirocco newsletter

This went around a little while ago, but it stopped short quite
quickly. I would like to know why this isnt a possibility? why did it
just die out? if I could make this happen, if I had the facilities to
do this on my own, I wouldnt be asking people about this. I would very
much like to see a newsletter just for sciroccos, even if it were only
a bi-annual or quarterly. I hope this stirs up a little enthusiasm or
what have you for this topic, and maybe even see it a go.
