[non-roc] Laundry room shop

Back in the early 70's, when my parents were renting a farm house just
after they got married, my dad rebuilt the engine of his '56 Chevy in my
moms laundry room.  It sat on a pallet all winter while he rebuilt it.
They still joke about it to this day!  Mom was PISSED at the time.
