Well, I swapped the oil cooler out for one off of another motor I had and it 
seems to have taken care of the problem (I hope!).

So far no oil in the coolant and I didn't see any signs of coolant in the oil 
when I changed it.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the next few weeks...
