Scirocco sighting in Portland, someone on this list?

So, the other day I am driving out of my nieghborhood and this red 16v 
Scirocco pulls out in front of me.  It was definetely lowered, infact the 
front was particularly low.  It was right in the NE 37th and Fremont area.  
Anyone on this list maybe?
