[16v][Body kit]

Ok, the body kit is just about ready to go back on the car. I have the VW
Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant (part #AKD 476KD505 -same as described in the
Bently) and I was wondering how this shit works. It's in a caulking-style
tube, but the end is sealed with a metal cap. When you shake it, there is
some metal shit in there that rattles around. WTF? I assume that this is
just a way of saying that the cap needs to come off... but I don't want to
screw this stuff up as it was very expensive and has a life of only 2-3
days after being opened. Anyone else used this crap before? No directions
on how to use the container either. Thanks in advance!!!!
