Hey,

My 87 has a 160 speedo.... I've had it to an indicated 130 (and I think my 
speedo is fairly accurate).  It was smooth road with a slight decline. I ran 
out fast as well, I think I could have squeezed 2 or more out with more 
stright, downhill road with a tailwind.  If you have a 140, and you can hit 
130 (K&N and a GlasPack at the time), its kinda good, because you KNOW how 
fast you are going, not somwhere above 85 in those older american cars!
